The pandemic brought a unique set of challenges for Food Terminal. Hiring during this time became a major hurdle, leading to a dual challenge of adapting to the new normal and ensuring efficient service amidst staffing limitations. To cope with the increasing demand and maintain a positive customer experience despite their growing popularity, Food Terminal reached out to OrionStar USA, to have Lucki, Orionstar USA's robot server, at their Chamblee location.
In response to the challenges posed by the pandemic, Food Terminal decided to embrace technology to ensure operational efficiency. Lucki Robot from OrionStar USA emerged as the perfect solution. The ideal choice was Lucki Robot from OrionStar USA, boasting multiple built-in features like delivery, promotion, cruise, guidance, and collection modes. Food Terminal primarily utilized its delivery mode.
Considering the large size of Food Terminal's restaurant space, the restaurant strategically implemented two Lucki Robots into its workflow. These robots were assigned the crucial task of running food from the kitchen to the tables, working seamlessly alongside the serving staff. By integrating Lucki Robot into their operations, Food Terminal aimed to streamline the dining experience, enhance safety, and address the staffing challenges.
